You are using the official WhatsApp Business Platform powered by Meta. This platform follows a conversation-based pricing model set by Meta (the parent company of WhatsApp).

Growby.net does not charge anything for WhatsApp messaging. All charges are imposed directly by Meta.
Outgoing Messages (Chargeable)
All outgoing messages are chargeable based on the type of conversation and the recipient's country. Charges apply per 24-hour conversation window initiated by your business.
Meta defines Three types of conversations:
- Marketing - Promotional messages and campaigns
- Utility - Account updates, order updates, alerts
- Authentication - OTP and verification codes
Each category has its own pricing, determined by Meta.
Incoming Messages (Free)
Messages initiated by customers are free unless you reply. Once you reply, a Service conversation window starts and is charged by Meta.
