Step 4:\u00a0<\/strong>Now select and configure the the Zapier application’s trigger of your requirement. (Please refer to the documentation of the application you are selecting to integrate if required)<\/p>\nPoints to remember while doing so.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- The application you choose should return appropriate data that is required to send a message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Step 10:\u00a0<\/strong>Now, you need to map or insert the fields as per requirements then click on continue at the bottom.<\/p>\n\n- Sender Whatsapp Business Number:\u00a0<\/strong>Your whatsapp business number that you are using in Growby platform or your Whatsapp Business Account Number. (format 91XXXXXXXXXX)<\/li>\n
- Recipient Number: <\/strong>The number you are sending the message to. (format 91XXXXXXXXXX)<\/li>\n
- Message type: <\/strong>The type of message you want to send. “text”, “image”, “video”, “document”.<\/li>\n
- Message:\u00a0<\/strong>The text message you want to send.<\/li>\n
- Media URL:\u00a0<\/strong>The link to the Media URL if the type is “image”, “video” or “document”.\u00a0(The URL has to be accessible).<\/li>\n
- Filename:\u00a0<\/strong>The name of the file if the type is “document”.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Remember to pay attention to required fields.<\/p>\n

Step 11:<\/strong>Now Click on “Test step<\/strong>“. If the test passes, you can publish by click on the “publish<\/strong>” button at top right corner.
