Template message is sent as first messages to new customers to avoid getting banned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerequisites:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You should have a Zapier account to use this feature.<\/li>\n<li>Your account setup should be complete in Growby platform. To set your account up, please follow the blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.growby.net\/blog\/category\/help-guide-articles\/whatsapp-account-setup\/\">Account Setup<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Log in to your Zapier Account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: <\/strong>Click on Zap to start creating a Zap (A Zap in Zapier is an automated workflow that connects two or more apps to perform specific tasks. It consists of a Trigger and one or more Actions.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.growby.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Zapier-home.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1918\" height=\"832\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:\u00a0<\/strong>Click on Trigger to add your trigger (A <strong data-start=\"2\" data-end=\"13\">Trigger<\/strong> in Zapier is the event that starts a Zap. (format 91XXXXXXXXXX)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recipient Number: <\/strong>The number you are sending the message to. (format 91XXXXXXXXXX)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Template Name:\u00a0<\/strong>Name of the template you want to use. (Template you choose here should be approved by meta in your business account).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language Code: <\/strong>language code of the language the template is created.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Media Type: <\/strong>The type of message you want to send. &#8220;text&#8221;, &#8220;image&#8221;, &#8220;video&#8221;, &#8220;document&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Media URL:\u00a0<\/strong>The link to the Media URL if the type is &#8220;image&#8221;, &#8220;video&#8221; or &#8220;document&#8221;. (The URL has to be accessible)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Body Parameters: <\/strong>Parameters of the templates. (If you have multiple parameters, you can add them here, add them in sequential order).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Button 1 Parameter:\u00a0<\/strong>If your Dynamic URL button is at index 0, set this field to for the custom parameter of that button or leave empty it otherwise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Button 2 Parameter:\u00a0<\/strong>If your Dynamic URL button is at index 1, set this field to for the custom parameter of that button or leave empty it otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remember to pay attention to required fields.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4764\" src=\"https:\/\/www.growby.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/zapier-send-media-with-buttons-template-message-configuration.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1918\" height=\"913\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 11: <\/strong>Now Click on &#8220;<strong>Test step<\/strong>&#8220;.
