Let’s see how it works:

Step 1: 

Click on the “Login” option available on the right top corner of the website.

Step 2: 

Enter registered email details in the login or free demo popup.

Step 3: 

As soon as you click on continue button, “Enter OTP” popup will appear. Here, enter the OTP, which is in your registered email address.  

Step 4: 

When you click on continue, you will get “Enter Details” popup, here you have add all your details if you are new user. For the existing user this screen will not appear and you will be directly redirected to the app.growby.

Step 5: 

You’ll be directed to the dashboard page. As soon as you click on Inbox, the empty page will appear(as shown below) as there is no chat in your inbox. Now to activate your inbox, click on  “click here” and you will be guided for setting up your inbox.

Step 6: 

As soon as you set-up your webhook, you can send messages or initiate chat from our panel itself, as shown below.
